We talked about the iPhone's kill switch last week. Steve Jobs even confirmed its existence, saying Apple would only blacklist apps unless they absolutely had to. But it seems we've had it all wrong. Luckily, Stephen Colbert can set us straight.
Apparently, the iPhone 3G's kill switch isn't meant to kill apps at all--it's meant to kill you! Colbert has even gone so far as to suggest getting a Zune instead. ...

In the Chinese section of IFA there is a portable media player that has been produced that had a very strong resemblance to the iPhone, but its smaller. So there is really no way in hell it could be an iPhone Nano.

I'm an avid reader of Penny Arcade. If you haven't ever read it, you might consider stopping by and having a read. Though if you don't care for a a comic about a couple of foul-mouthed guys talking about tech and games, then it might not be for you. The iPhone was big enough that it merited not one, but two separate comics on the subject.

Features like taking Polaroid and nanotechnology enabling the iPhone to reassemble itself when thrown against the wall are definitely eye catching. With that, I won’t have a choice but to let the ONION’s list of iPhone specs speak for itself.
