by James Allan Brady on September 10, 2007

The people over at MacNN got their mischievous little hands on one each of the new Nano’s and the new iPod Classics and took the unboxing to the next new level, unwarrantying. First look: Marware Sidewinder Smart holster for iPhone

by Vincent Nguyen on July 26, 2007

Marware's Sidewinder case for the iPhone is the Swiss Army knife of cases. First of all it’s a low-profile holster. The reversible-mounting holster lets you carry the iPhone face out for visibility or face in for maximum protection. I like the concept of a retractable management system and a slot for the Apple branded Bluetooth headset, but there’s a certain level of nerdiness that even I cannot ... continued »

Email Tip: How to stop receiving a copy of sent mail from Gmail

by Vincent Nguyen on July 12, 2007

I’ve been getting copies of sent emails from Gmail but really didn’t know why until now. The clever folks over at TUAW suggested turning off the “Use Recent Mode” setting. So here’s how: Go to Settings -> Mail -> (Your Gmail account) -> Advanced. Switch "Use Recent Mode" from ON to OFF. Don’t start freaking out if Gmail downloads a bunch of old messages into your iPhone inbox. ... continued »
