Official tethering option for iPhone on the way?
It seems Apple and AT&T are in talks regarding adding a tethering option to the iPhone. One user emailed Apple to complain about the lack of this feature, especially considering it is offered on most other smartphones for $30/month.
Supposedly, Steve Jobs replied and said:

Two international data plans coming to iPhone Wednesday
If you plan on traveling abroad, AT&T will be rolling out two new international data plans. However, these data plans will be a bit pricey.
iPhone users that want to travel abroad previously faced serious expense when trying to use the Internet in other countries. However, these new data plans should help keep costs down, at least to some degree.

AT&T can boost 3G reception remotely?
With all the talk about the latest iPhone 3G update to 2.0.2, many are still concerned about whether or not the 3G reception has been fixed. But now someone over at Wired is saying AT&T may be able to boost your reception remotely.

Best Buy won’t earn big from iPhone deal; will cash in on accessories
As you may have heard, Apple struck a deal with Best Buy a few days ago to sell the iPhone semi-exclusively starting September 7. But one analyst has noticed this may not be a very great deal for Best Buy, at least in the sales department. In fact, Best Buy stands to earn a maximum of $50 per phone.

Infineon chip causing dropped calls on iPhone 3G; software update to provide fix
