AT&T is gaining a bit on Verizon thanks to the iPhone. Last quarter AT&T sold 3.1 million iPhones and now has 85.1 million total subscribers.

Google VoIP app? That’s not right. Google still uses the carrier’s voice network to place phone calls, as noted in Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Google_voice#Rejection_from_iPhone_App_Store
Therefore it is definitely not a VoIP service.
