The ITC has ruled that Apple is infringing on two patents held by S3 Graphics. The patents both have to do with graphics and are widely licensed by numerous tech giants.

An alleged iPhone 4 prototype smartphone has hit eBay. As of now, the auction is up to $100,000 and the phone won’t even work. My money says the winning bidder never pays.

The long running legal saga with Apple and Samsung changed a bit late last week. Samsung now says it’s competing with not copying Apple’s designs.
