Vincent loved the Facebook iPhone app so much he giggled like a coquettish schoolgirl, but that was cut short after he realised that the official app is limited to browsing, not uploading new photos to your profile.  Facebook offers a way to add images when mobile, but it depends on MMS messaging (damn you, Apple!), so the guys at alwaysBETA stepped in with custom coded app pxPipe.

Basically you sign up and get a unique email address; send newly snapped images to it and they’ll automatically be added to your Facebook image queue.  Although currently only Facebook is supported, its their eventual plan to have options for alternative sites so keep watching for updates.

Of course, there’s nothing to stop you using this on another cellphone with your Facebook account – as long as you can email images from your handset then you can use pxPipe.
