As you might remember, last week a girl that worked in the Foxconn factory had taken pictures of herself with the built-in camera on the iPhone 3G, and a customer found the photos on their brand new phone. And since the girl’s photos were posted online, many have raised concerns over whether or not this girl would keep her job.

 
As it turns out, the girl was not fired. In fact, a Foxconn representative has since told a Chinese newspaper that “she is definitely not fired” and that the photos found on the new phone were actually just test photos. Normally, these photos are deleted but it seems in this case they were “accidentally” left on the phone.

So there you have it. factory worker girl is fine and the person who bought the iPhone that contained the photos has a funny story to tell.
