This is a solid 10-minute clip that’s worth watching.  Steve Jobs explains the “why” of entering the competitive phone market.  Steve’s response is “we’ve used all the handsets on the market and boy is it frustrating!”  Steve goes on that say that it’s a category that needs to be reinvented.”  I couldn’t agree more Steve; the Apple iPhone will indeed change the whole phone industry.
