I’m still waiting on the Vaja case for iPhone. :) It will be delicious.
I don’t plan on getting a case. Of course, that’s just me talking - now. Perhaps there will be a time when I change my mind in the future but I doubt it. I’ve gone thus far without tainting my iPod with a Halloween costume. I prefer to let the beauty that is Apple shine through, not suppress that beauty in the name of protection.
I do nothing strenuous during the day that would preclude phone protection. I carry my phone (by itself) in my left front pocket. When I’m at my office, it gets moved from that pocket to my monitor riser. When I leave, it goes back in to my pocket until I get home, where it rests next to my PowerBook and assortment of iPods until the end of the night where it rests on my nightstand, waiting to wake me up. My phone has a very dull life. I go running 3 times a week and my 2G shuffle goes with me. If it happens to fall off, chances are pretty good it will survive. If it doesn’t, I’m only out $80. I wouldn’t want to bring one of my full-size iPods for fear of dropping them. My phone is never in any real danger, nor will my iPhone be.
I think my iPhone will go commando! I don’t like cases for any of my phones - for a number of reasons. 1-adds bulk and weight 2-I like the feel of my phone, not some leather or plastic or whatever…and 3-the iPhone is think, light and small enough to slip into my pant pocket, which I currently do with the HTC Touch. So no case for Vincent!
This Orbino case rocks. It looks much better than the current Vaja cases.
