These are pretty much the SAME words I used on an eager ATT rep in the store while I was buying my 3G. Yes, I bought it, I LOVE it, too. But, ALL OF THIS DOC'S INFO IS TRUE! Especially the cost shift towards paid messaging, sneaky and back-stabbing move. BTW, rep just turned away and walked, what else was there to do? Oh, yes, not to mention all the info they haven't included, like missing video app, no notes syncing, no to-dos, no MMS...all features that aren't necessarily CARRIER-related but definitely define the iPhone non-experience.
