Yahoo! Mail VP John Kremer announced this week that they will begin offering unlimited mail storage for all of their users. This includes the free accounts as well. But wait, isn't the iPhone going to use Yahoo! Mail for its email handling?

Yes it is, and that means you'll be getting unlimited email storage for your iPhone. Granted, it would take the average user a long time to fill up their current 1GB mailbox, but it's certainly not unheard of.

Yahoo! will begin rolling out this change sometime in May, which is plenty early enough for the changes to be complete by the time the iPhone hits the streets.
