Smaller stores look like your best shot for last-minute iPhone shopping

While Vincent suffers rain, our other Apple-aholic Ewdi just had to wander down to his local AT&T and get in line this morning to catch the number nine spot.  Waiting since 9am (and looking pretty happy in this photo), it's early afternoon as I write this and he's only been joined by another five or so people.

While we've had plenty of leaked documents from AT&T indicating how they're planning for the queues, for their staff and generally all those tricky questions, I'd be more interested in hearing how Apple organised stock distribution.
