Apparently some iPhone owners are having issues with their signal strength which is due to the SIM card not fitting all that well. Which can be catastrophic, at least in our minds, we can't have any of that weak signal holding us back. No one likes to repeat themselves fifteen times.

Well luckily Jeggrey Swiger a reader of iPhone Atlas has discovered a way to perk that signal strength back up. Apparently Scotch Tape is the magic quick fix for this one. Aren't you glad you spent all that money for top of the line technology to have to tape it up later to keep your signal going strong?

Well, it's not so bad since the tape won't ever be seen making your iPhone at least appear to be flawless. Just place the tape on the blank side of the SIM and the tape will bulk it up enough to make it fit much more snuggly.

I thought you was going to suggest cleaning out the speaker holes with the tape

Are you serious?

You’re asking for a lawsuit.

And, coincidentally enough, Angus MacGyver is very likely of Scottish descent and I like to think that Scotch Tape was invented in Scotland. But it probably wasn’t. Good call on the graphic!
