The app allows the user to take pics of accidents and certifies the pictures as legitimate by watermarking them, encrypting them, and storing them with geolocalized information and timestamps. That all means that they are certified as being legitimate and unaltered.

The company behind the app says that it meets all legal requirements in America and Europe for digital archiving and confidentiality. The app costs $1.99, but users have to pay for each certified pic at an unknown rate.
