So we've seen the first accessories, now we've got the first third party application for the iPhone. Scenario Poker has managed to find its way onto the Apple Dashboard, and we're not really sure how.

As you might have judged from the picture above, it is a rather cheesy-looking poker game. The game is described as being designed for the size of the iPhone's touch screen.  We can only assume that somehow the folks over at Apple overlooked this little detail. I just can't imagine them letting the first third-party application be something as useless as this.

The people behind this software were most likely hoping that it would go unnoticed, and therefore generating quite a bit of publicity for themselves. Then again, it could have been completely innocent. Either way, it looks like this could pave the way for more useless iPhone programs to make their way onto the Apple Dashboard. I can't wait.

Again,
Apple never said any widget on your Mac would work on your iPhone.

Apple is almost certainly not about to let some third-party application on their iPhone.

Count on it.
