Rumor - Apple to use the phrase “my iPhone” on emails sent from the iPhone

Here's something very interesting. Maybe there was something more behind Jobs advising us to change our domain from MYiPhone.

From the picture it clearly says at the bottom “Sent from my iPhone.” My iPhone, that sure sounds familiar. It would have us assume that this is a tag line that is sent with every email, similar to when you send something through Yahoo! or  Hotmail that tells you where the email came from.

If this holds true, then we are all quite relieved that we decided to go ahead and switch to a new domain. Apple would have fought hard to shut us down. Though as Vincent said yesterday, there's still a good chance that they'll go after some of the big sites that use iPhone in their names. We'll let you know when we confirm this.
