It's really exciting to see how the market for user-driven mobile real estate search is growing. Now that many mobile phone users have been exposed to a "real" smartphone for the first time with the iPhone, they're starting to demand more useful services from their phones.

We've really been impressed with Terabitz's search, which takes full advantage of the iPhone's built in Safari browser. We're developing an alternative (puluwai.com), currently in beta, as a native iPhone application. Puluwai provides mobile real estate search for iPhone as well as the Google Android platform. In addition, it takes advantage of the GPS capability of the phone to provide location-specific real estate property results.

We believe that as users start to try these services they'll soon switch to using the mobile phone to browse for real estate listings, even when they're away from their computer.
