Parrot unveils RKi8400 iPhone car stereo

If your car is like mine, you don’t have an aux input for your iPhone or iPod. That means an FM transmitter or an accessory connector of some sort is your only option. Parrot has a new option for those who want a new radio as well called the RKi8400.

The device is a car stereo with a single DIN design that is designed specifically to use the iPhone and gives the user access to all iPhone functions. In addition to controlling the iPhone, the device is also an FM/AM RDS radio and has a USB port and SD card reader.

The device has a 200W MOS-FET amp built-in and has integrated Bluetooth hands free connectivity. The Bluetooth tech can also receive music streamed from Bluetooth MP3 players. The RKi8400 sells for $399.99 and is available now.

I need major help with picking out the best headunit my boyfriend can use with his iphone without using any cords to connect it to the unit. He’s very picky. Does anyone have this new Parrot rki8400? Can you give me any reviews on it?
