That's the problem with the App Store: it's terribly insular in its own way. Look at Null River's tethering app: yanked from sale because AT&T objected yet the rest of us in the world on different carriers didn't even get a chance at it. Even if Pandora can't stream free stuff outside of its own national boundaries I'm sure it could come up with a suitable tariff for international customers if it tried. I'd certainly consider it strongly if it did so.
