Although we all pretty much assumed it was fake as soon as we saw it, the whole pricing survey from Cingular has been officially dubbed fake.

When a representative from Cingular was asked to comment on it, they had this to say:
“It’s a fake.â€
Obviously this guy isn’t long-winded, but he got the point across. Now the world can go back to reporting real news instead of the stuff people just make up for fun. Then again, I could just made up some good juicy gossip and called it “exclusive.†That would certainly generate some good buzz. But then I’d lose all credibility in the news world. I think I’ll just stick to the real stuff.
