OLED is a new screen technology that has been developed and will likely be used by most major computer/television companies in the the market in the near future. It isn't something that Samsung owns, nor is it something that will be "origional" to a brand once it hits mainstream devices. Apple is trying to keep their device current by utilizing new technologies, no by copying Samsung.
