Actually AT&T does allow streaming of video and music hence the official YouTube app, aol streaming radio, and several other items on the app store that allow streaming of your music library to your iPhone while on the 3g, edge or standard network.

Sound’s good. Too bad ATT terms of service prohibits any streaming of video or music. Just read the TOS, it makes the iphone as a piece of junk. ATT TOS made the iphone cannot be used for youtube video, internet radio and etc. unless if you want to violate the TOS.
