There is a blogging application for the iphone that supports Blogger, Blog City, WordPress, Movable Type and Twitter. Its called BlogSME – http://www.thesmespace.com/smeutils/BlogSME

I have trial account for .Mac but never use it bc we have our own internal system that we use with WordPress.

If you have a .MAC account apple already has a really neat Web Gallery feature for photos. No blogging tools yet though… I’d love to see something like this expanded! =)

I think it will be useful for quick edits and/or blog posts and comment approvals. But as far as writing full length posts – it will be difficult considering most of our articles involve posting images, links etc…copy and paste is not available on the iPhone (yet) makes it difficult to easily type in URLs to source of the articles.

this is a great feature – much needed . .
live blogging would be an amazing feat to do on an iphone . .

picture uploading too.

i can imagine apple making an iweb extension iphone app
giving the ability to upload blog posts and pictures . .
albeit not live. .

thats where i expect 3rd party to excel as the professional iphone blogger apps.
