I believe the two companies will come to terms, allowing Apple to proceed with the use "iPhone". That being said, should things go south, to answer your question about the use of MYiPhone to track Cisco iPhone news...that won't happen since there's very little interest in the Cisco iPhone product line. Now it may be an option to cover all things internet phone. Again, it won't get to that. Cisco has too much to gain from this deal such as a boat load of money that they wouldn't otherwise have. An "Apple Phone" is the same damn phone no matter what it's called...but doesn't generate the same buzz so Apple will have no choice but to pay up.
