It’s hard to contest at this point that T-Mobile has won the exclusive rights to sell the iPhone in Germany. The German news website FOCUS spotted that the URL http://www.t-mobile.de/iphone brings you to the page below.

T-Mobile declined to comment when asked by FOCUS and has since then taken down the webpage.

There is, of course, the possibility that this could be fake, but from what MY iTablet has been shown it would have to be a damn good fake.  It still remains to be seen if Apple will release a 3G version of the iPhone.
