Starting the day with something funny, we've already seen the knitted iPhone and a very impressive wood & aluminium facsimile, but how about a clay iPhone?  Apparently intended as part of a prank on his wife, Flickr user vaughn235 put together a tactile looking iPhone copy - complete with box and dock - made out of Sculpey Premo modelling clay.

I'm now trying to think of other unusual materials you could make an iPhone replica out of.  Obviously there's going to be a huge market for ice iPhone sculptures at geek weddings, and maybe a large polystyrene iPhone that children could use as a boogie board at the beach.
