Mcworld has learned that Apple will use the Academy Awards on Sunday to show the world a new teaser advertisement focused on the iPhone. Furthermore, the new ad is supposedly made specifically for the Oscars, and that was all Macworld knew about the content.

Apple is banking on more than 40 million people watching the Oscars ceremony to see the iPhone commercial. Now that’s one large group of people.
The dispute for the iPhone name was finally resolved earlier this week, so Apple I’m betting we’ll be seeing more iPhone ads and commercials in the upcoming days leading up the launch this May.
Apple expects to sell 10M units at $499 for the 4GB and $599 for the 8GB. AT&T is the carrier of choice and yes you must sign your life away for 2-years.
