Please don’t tell me this might be the iPhone. The folks at ITTechNews.net found a phone called ZTC 321 on Taobao, a Chinese auction site, selling for roughly 998 Chinese Yuan or $127 USD. The handset features a 260k-color screen, a 1.3 Megapixel camera, MP3 and video playback. There’s no mentioning of storage capacity, but the site does say that it has a microSD slot.Is the ZTC 321 – the iPhone?!Is the ZTC 321 – the iPhone?!
(Look at the size of that iPhone* it’s definitely small as sh*t per Kevin Rose) And yes, the handset in question does sport what seems to be the famous scroll-wheel found on the Apple iPods. Keep in mind; looks can be deceiving like the fake scroll wheel on the Zune. What do you think – is it the iPhone? Is the ZTC 321 – the iPhone?!

Ok . . . that’s not the new iPhone from Apple.

No. The proportions aren’t good enough. It looks like a moderately competent designer has tried to incorporate a lot of Apple design cues, and the result doesn’t look terrible - but nor does it look incredibly great.

Well, first, based on the markings on the “scroll wheel” and the fact that it is raised up (rather than inset) from the phone, I would assume it’s a rocker switch.

Therefore, no. It’s not an iPhone. Nice try, though.

I agree - however, the raised up-psuedo scroll wheel does remind me of that on the Shuffle.

No. I would strongly suspect that the real i-phone will have a docking port.

This is pretty close to being an iphone but yes the wheel is raised if it was flush then this would be a very nice phone indeed, the Apple one does look better.

[…] ZTC 321: cellulare o lettore multimediale? (senza voto)  Loading … (Gizmodo US) […]
