One of people's biggest complaints about the iPhone last time around was the lack of flexibility when it came to SIM card use. You simply could not switch out the SIM card--even to a different AT&T one!

But take heed first gen iPhone users! the GoPhone SIM card will not work on the fly for you and requires the recently released PwonageTool. All other SIM cards do work, however, as do all SIM card types (including GoPhone) on the iPhone 3G.

Are you saying if I take my working 3G SIM out of my AT&T phone and
put it in an activated iPhone 3G, it will work just fine like any
other unlocked phone? I realize the phone is still locked to AT&T
