Yesterday I mentioned that there was a rumor that Apple was getting ready to launch a new world-mode iPhone and end AT&T reign of iPhone exclusivity. Today new rumors are coming in that claim the world-mode iPhone will be the iPhone nano that has been long rumored. If that is correct odds are that AT&T will get to maintain US exclusivity on the iPhone 3GS. :(

HD radio is one of those things that promises improved sound quality from the radio stations you already listen to, assuming they broadcast an HD signal. A new app and accessory combo work together to bring HD radio to the iPhone called the Gigaware Navigation Controller. The accessory sells for $80 and the app is free.

If you are a big fan of European football, known as soccer in America, Sky has launched its app to allow broadcasts on the iPhone. The app requires a £6 monthly fee and allows access to Sky News and Sky sports as well as ESPN. The app is free to download and requires WiFi to use.
