These are fantastic! I bought them at photojojo.com where there is also a write up and tests done on them. I think I paid $40 for the entire set. They are so much fun and I get some of the coolest looking photos with these, not to mention having the coolest add on gadget in whatever group I'm in.

Paul, mine did not come with a telephoto, but rather a Macro lens. Using it as a telephoto would indeed render horrible results, but using it as a macro is splendid. Put it to within an inch of your subject and the distortion and focal length make it my absolute favorite. Its too bad this review mentions it as a telephoto, because its not.

These are loads of fun. Pick them up and have a ball.

I bought the three lenses (wide-angle, telephoto and fish-eye lens), the telephoto lens does not work on the iPhone. The results are really bad, it looks like you are looking pipe.

Also because of the iPhone's curved back the lenses do not sit straight, So it is not ideal.

I'd be intrigued to discover what difference these make to the snaps. These solutions all seem a little desperate, to be honest. The camera is fine as it is, and far better than any large touch-screen smartphone I've ever had.
