iPhone Finder project brings file explorer to handset

It's looking like one of the primary reasons those tech-lovers who haven't bought an iPhone give - that the handset doesn't give up access to its innards with such WM-mainstays as a file explorer - are growing less and less relevant.  The iPhone Finder project, under the watchful eye of KDBDallas, is working on an explorer program based on the iPhoneNES' ROM viewer.

It's still early days, but the software works and, as of a recent update, can launch programmes direct from their files rather than needing to jump back to the homescreen.  It's a free download if you fancy trying it out...
