Tom from iPhoneBugList.com stumbled upon the possible new iPhone Extreme while checking out Apple’s Airport Line. There are hopes for the possible Extreme to come equipped with 16GB of storage, 3G and GPS.

Apple iPhone 3G

The only way to really see if it’s true is to see what Apple has to say about this discovery. If they edit and delete what was denoted most likely it’s true. Who knows but I personally suspect an updated version within 6 months.

I can’t wait to see what Apple has in store for the new generation of iPhones. They blew us away with the release of the phone, and it only gets better.

I believe that should read 16MB of Flash (essentially a solid state HD). My current model iPhone for example has 8MB of Flash memory (its persistent storage), but only about 128MB of actual RAM.

If you’re going to use one of James Duncan Davidson’s pictures of people gawking the iPhone I think he would prefer if you left his watermark on the picture.

Thanks for spotting that, Nick Dallas is a new writer here at MY iTablet, so I’ll make sure he’s up to speed on our policy regarding correctly citing images.

There is no iPhone Extreme. It was a sloppy cut an paste made by the webmaster from the “Airport Extreme” feedback form.
