Philips has unveiled a new alarm clock dock called the Wake-up Light that has a built-in iPod dock and can wake you to music from your iPod or the radio. The most interesting feature is that the clock has a light that simulates a sunrise starting 30 minutes before your alarm is set to go off.
Users of the iPhone who are tired of the short email composition box rejoice, Google has seen fit to gift us with a new compose box that goes on forever. The composer of long emails will see a blank line representing a page break on long emails.

Um… really? There’s been 1 new band member since the 80’s when bassist Cliff Burton died (2 if you include Dave Mustane, but still the 80’s).
They have been through a few bassists since Cliff. :)
