iPhone and Wii Remote hacked to work together

I have seen Wii Remotes used to do some cool things. One geek hacked the remote to control a giant claw for picking up old cars, which was sweet.

Then there is this guy who has hacked a Wii remote to connect to his iPhone via Bluetooth. There is no point to the hackage other than when you move the Wii Remote, the virtual Wii Remote on the iPhone screen moves too.

All we really know other than what the video shows is that the portable Bluetooth stack is used to operate the hack. I guess it’s neat in a sort of WTF is that for type of way. Geeks with too much time on their hands end up making weird mods that’s for sure.
