Hey Guys… I have a couple of questions.

1). How can I do it?
2). I live in Nicaragua (Central America), can I buy one in the USA and practice the hack with out having to sign a 2 year -prison contract – with AT&T?
3). If I CAN do it (2nd question) how can it be done?
