An app called iBluetooth is bringing you one of the most awaited features ever for the iPhone: Bluetooth file transfer. Not only between iPhone and iPhone 3G, but iBluetooth also can support file exchange between both the Apple smartphone and computers, as well as other Bluetooth-capable devices.
As you can see in the video, the team behind iBluetooth is working with an iMac and a Sony Ericsson handset.
You’ll need a jailbroken iPhone for this.
Not yet released, but once it is finished and available through Cydia.

This should already be available for the iPhone. Having this kind of crippled Bluetooth is a downer for such a great phone and overall device.
I Agree with Matt. it’s almost as if Apple have left crucial features such as bluetooth, cut/copy & MMS out of the mix so they’d be able to sell a new generation. After all, with a perfect product, who wants to upgrade…

Looking forward to the new features for this remarkable Phone!
