First ever images of the 3G iPhone!

Here is it is people!!! The first images of the 3G iPhone! It’s a slick revision of the original iPhone design, rather than an all-out change. Apple have slimmed the edges of the handset down, which will give it a greater feeling of thinness, and the back cover is black or white plastic now rather than alumium.

Under the hood are the real changes, though. GPS and 3G HSDPA are the headline grabbers, and while the 3.5-inch touchscreen is still the same, the iPhone 2.0 software update means it has Enterprise-class functionality and more.

It’ll launch on July 11th, with multiple countries getting it at once. Price is $199 for the 8GB version and $299 for the 16GB.
