AT&T should consider allowing the 3G capability within the month. That will also give them time to assess the effect that a 3G capability would have in the united states by evaluating the amount of app sales for this. Since their initial fear was probably that the 3G use would overtax their network, they should be able to get a good estimate of what would really happen.
