Social networking is high on the list of features that users of smartphones want and use frequently. Facebook being the social network with the most users globally is one that gets smartphone user excited when a new version is released.

Facebook 3.0 for the iPhone is now available on the App Store. The new version adds features that have been missing like landscape mode, the ability to see upcoming events and RSVP, and more.
You can now upload video directly from the iPhone 3Gs and manage photo albums. Zoom is now supported for images on the site. The only thing missing is push notification support, which isn’t working yet. Facebook has said that the push notifications are a bit away.

I have to say I am a bit disappointed with the App. I like the new features, but the app is still a little buggy. For example mail does not refresh at all sometimes.
