Well a Japanese company, Cut&Paste, has created a few different options for the iPhone 3G. All of which offer screen protection, they currently have available the Bone Phone Bubble 3G and the Bone Phone Cube 3G.

Both cases come in several different colors, both including a pink version of course. They also have a small hole to make sure the camera isn't covered by the case. To get one it will cost you $18.70.
