A new report by Boingo Wireless says that out of all the devices that access its WiFi hotspot network, iOS devices are most prolific. The report showed that 58.9% of all devices that access the hotspots are smartphones or tablets and that 83% of those devices run iOS.

By now most of you know that Apple is suing Samsung for stealing its look and feel from the iPhone from some Samsung smartphones. Apparently some were pointing to the Samsung Prada phone from 2007 and saying Apple stole the iPhone design from Samsung. Apple filed a suit this week against Samsung for stealing the look and feel among other things from the iPhone for some of its Galaxy smartphones. Samsung has vowed to counter sue alleging that Apple is suspected of infringing on Samsung wireless technology patents.

The iPhone 4 isn't even in the hands of consumers yet and already we have pics of one with a broken screen. This particular handset was a shell with the screen only and was broken in a test to see how strong the screen was. Apparently it's worse than the iPhone 3GS in ruggedness.
