According to an independent source, the heavy use of the iPhone 4S and Siri is putting a strain on mobile networks. The report claims that the data load with Siri has nearly doubled.

A new and awesome new iPhone dock has shown up on Kickstarter and just blown up. The dock is called the Elevation Dock and it scored its $75,000 in funding in the first 8 hours and continues to get money. The dock is made to stay in place and be east to put your iPhone in and out of.

Apple has been sued again for allegedly violating patents owned by HTC. The suit alleges that Apple is infringing on three patents that HTC owns with tech inside the iPhone and iPad as well as iPod and Mac notebooks.

If you are fed up with the AT&T network and your iPhone, T-Mobile is offering a trade-in program through its network of dealers. The program will give you at least $100 for you working iPhone and many as much as $350 towards an HTC HD2.

Google has announced that it is backing HTC and Android in the patent feud between Apple and HTC. Google wasn't named in the suits, but HTC builds its Nexus One device.

Apple has filed a patent infringement suit against HTC alleging that HTC has infringed on 20 Apple patents all related to the iPhone. Presumably, the patents are the ones Apple has already fought Palm over for multi touch capability.
