The Remote application for the iPhone and iPod Touch have been updated and can now be downloaded from the App Store. Version 1.1 is free and adds remote functions for Apple TV and iTunes. It works over your Wi-Fi network, so it's a pretty convenient way to stay up to date.
According to MacRumors, the 1.1 update adds two new features including:
Create Genius playlists
Create and edit playlists in iTunes
