Apple executive Ron Johnson was the guy that came up with the idea for the Genius Bar in Apple retail stores. He has left Apple for JC Penny taking some of Apple’s mojo with him.

Apple has banned an app from the App Store that was storing the user’s iPhone pass codes. The app was called Big Brother Security and was supposed to snap a pic of people that tried to enter your iPhone code and did it wrong.

The latest version will offer a bunch of features that enable us to optimize our Facebook account on the go.

That means that shortly, we’ll have access to the much-improved app which is scheduled to have features such as a News Feed that is more like the one on Facebook’s site, the ability to “like” items and a new customizable home screen. More importantly, it will also have video support for the iPhone 3GS, something which Hewitt threw-in at the last second, unexpectedly. And perhaps best of all, the app will have the ability to manage events, finally.
