At this rate, we'll see the iPhone on the market before we hear a resolution to this matter. Then again, you never know, maybe Cisco wants to put it off that long. A letter sent to the FCC from Apple back on October 12tth 2006 has surfaced. Apple requested for numerous documents related to the iPhone to remain confidential.
