Quickie Review: Dice Bag

by Chris Scott Barr on August 5, 2008

I'll admit that I used to play D&D back in the day, and thus I still have a bag of many different dice sitting in my closet somewhere. Almost everything you do in the game revolves around the rolling of one or more dice. With all of the modern marvels of today, we need not mess with an entire bag of primitive objects such as this, as we can simply ... continued »

by Brenda Stokes on August 4, 2008

So, this isn't the first time a rumor involving a smaller iPhone has been circulating. In fact, about a year ago, talk was high that we'd be seeing an iPhone Nano for Christmas. And with good reason. After all, having a ton ... continued »

Just yesterday I mentioned the grim outlook for a mobile version of WoW for the iPhone, and today I see this cool app. No, it's nothing official from Blizzard, however, it looks like it will be a useful tool for those wanting to know details about various characters and such. continued »

Neil Young’s iPhone gaming company secures iFunds

by Chris Scott Barr on August 1, 2008

Not long ago we heard that former EA big shot Neil Young left the company to found his own company solely dedicated to creating iPhone games. So what has this new company been up to? Well, they have just secured a nice chunk of venture capital from Kleiner Perkins, which if you don't recall, is the force behind Apple's $100 million iFund. There is no word on just how much cash ... continued »
