Meizu's CEO Jack Wong released the first of many new picture of the MiniOne. It has a striking resemblance to the iPhone, but I dare to say it will not hold a candle to the real deal.

There is no doubt in my mind that Apple is leading the biggest change in sensor touch screen technology with the introduction of the iPhone!
You may have read my previous report of the Synaptics Onyx Concept phone, which features many of the forthcoming touch screen technology. The LG Prada phone is the direct result of the Onyx concept phone.

Apple just released a press statement today announcing that iPhone deliver significantly longer battery life when ships on June 29 than were originally estimated when it was unveiled in January. iPhone will feature up to 8 hours of talk time, 6 hours of Internet use, 7 hours of video playback or 24 hours of audio playback.* In addition, iPhone will feature up to 250 hours—more than 10 days—of standby time.

The Mogul builds on the PPC-6700, featuring a similar slide out QWERTY keyword, large touch 2.8” TFT screen with 65K colors and 320 x 240 resolution, and five-way navigation button.

Gandalf is an odd name for a smartphone; then again so is the HTC Wing or Blackberry Curve.
According to PalmInfocenter, two independent sources have posted what seem to be images and specs of two new Palm smartphones. Both devices are nearly identical except one is running Palm OS Garnet and the other sports Windows Mobile Standard (formerly known as WM Smartphone Edition).
