There are some bees buzzing around and they say that ASUS, BenQ, and maybe even LG and Samsung are all looking to make touch-interface based handsets for next year. The sad part is, most of them are looking to use the latest version of Windows Mobile.
Samsung is pondering a Symbian or other custom OS, but still might go with WM6. All of the companies are looking to up the ante ...

Apple just launched some new advertisements for the iPhone. People are basically spreading the word about how much they love their product from Apple, and not to mention they are pretty persuasive. Apple really shows off the phone in situations when you need information fast simple and efficient.

It’s no surprise that Apple is once again being sued. This time Damian Fernandez wants a shot at Apple and is fighting for the iPhone to be sold by all service providers, not just AT&T. His request for the iPhone to be unlocked will most likely be denied, I’m sure Apple has been getting ready for the lawsuits for quite some time.
