Pepsi released a controversial application for the iPhone called AMP UP Before You Score. The app was supposed to help men seduce women while promoting the energy drink. Pepsi is removing the app after it caught heat for stereotyping women. I wonder who thought the app was a good idea to begin with.

Apple has announced that it will be hosting a series of iPhone Tech Talk World Tour events in select cities around the world. The events will run from October 29 to December 15 and will be open to members of the iPhone Developer Program.

There were reports filtering out that iPhone apps may not be legal for business use. Those stories are untrue according to PC World at least for users of the App Store in the US. Those original reports were from language in the terms for Sweden and the UK that said apps are for personal, non-commercial use only.

The game app called Battle Bears has proven to be very popular. The game has you as a bear in a sandbag hideout shooting teddy bears that come stumbling towards you in an attempt to hug you to death.
