Nissan of all companies has rolled out a new case for the iPhone called the Nissan Scratch Shield. Any scratches to the case will be self-healed thanks to a special gel-like finish.

The launch of the iPhone 4S in China was a big deal and drew huge crowds to get the new smartphone. The Apple Store in Sanlitun decided the crowd was too large and opted to not open due to fear of customers and employees being hurt. That led to some in the crowd "abusing" store workers.

We have all seen Apple approve some very strange apps, then turn around, and remove them from the app store citing violations of one form or another. Things like that shake the baby app for instance. Apple has a history of not allowing unofficial arcade game emulators on the App Store.

The ESRB ratings on video games for consoles and PCs all use letters to warn when a game might not be appropriate for kids. Apple and Google will not use the new mobile Application Rating system apparently essentially making it dead before it launches.
